Remove, Install
1 Detach charge air hose (1) from charge air pipe (3)
Installation: Inspect tight fit of hose clamp.
2 Remove securing clamps (2) from exhaust manifold and bracket (4).

3 Detach charge air hose (1) from charge air pipes (3, 5)
Installation: Inspect tight fit of hose clamp.
4 Take off charge air pipe (3) downward.
5 Take pipe bracket (6) off vehicle frame and charge air pipe (5).

6 Detach charge air hose (1) from charge air pipe (5) and bottom charge air pipe of charge air cooler and slip off at both charge air pipes.
Installation: Inspect tight fit of hose clamp.
7 Detach pipe bracket (6) from bracket (11) and from charge air pipe (5) and slip it off charge air pipe (5).
8 Run out charge air pipe (5) to the rear and downward.
9 Install in reverse sequence.
