1 | Remove charge air pipe (1) from charge air cooler to charge-air distributor (2). | Installation: Replace seal. | |
Screw/bolt, charge air pipe to charge air distributor | |||
2 | Unscrew screw (6) and press leak fuel line (5) away from charge-air distributor (2). | ||
3.1 | Release and disconnect electrical connector at external engine start-stop button (8) and external engine start-stop button (9). | Up to engine end number 065486 | |
3.2 | Release and disconnect electrical connector at external engine start-stop button (7). | From engine end number 065487 | |
4 | Remove electrical wiring harness at charge-air distributor (2). | ||
5 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (3) at charge air pressure-and-temperature sensor (10). | ||
6 | Unscrew screws (4) and remove charge-air distributor (2) from cylinder heads. | Installation: Replace sealing rings at screws (4). | |

7 | Take off seals. | Installation: Replace seals. | |
8 | Clean sealing surfaces at cylinder heads and at charge-air distributor (2). | ||

10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
