1 | Open hood. |

2 | Open both latches and remove front end paneling. | Only for model 437.42/43 | |
3 | Detach charge air hoses (1, 2) from the charge air cooler (3). | Installation: Do not mix up charge air hoses (1, 2) and install red charge air hose (2) at the bottom. | |
Clamp to charge air hose | |||
4 | Plug openings on the charge air hoses (1, 2) and on the charge air cooler (3) with suitable rags. | ||
5 | Unhook the air intake hose (4) from the bracket on the charge air cooler (3). | ||
6 | Remove bracket (5). | ||
7 | Remove nuts (6). | Nut, charge air cooler to holder at top | |
Nut, charge air cooler to mounting support | |||
8 | Remove the charge air cooler (3). | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order. |
