Remove/install

Remove charge air hose on charge air pipe (3)

Only if necessary.

Clamp, charge air hose to charge air pipe and charge air cooler

Remove charge air hose upstream of charge air pipe adapter on charge air pipe adapter

Only if necessary.

Clamp, charge air hose to charge air pipe and charge air cooler

Remove charge air hose on charge air pipe (3) and remove together with charge air pipe adapter

Only for engine with air intake at front.

Clamp, charge air hose to charge air pipe and charge air cooler

Detach charge air pipe (3) on holder (4) and turbocharger (1)

Installation: Replace O-ring.

Clamp, charge air pipe to turbocharger
