 	Remove/install
1	Remove charge air pipe (4) of charge air manifold (1.1, 1.2)	 Install new seal (3).	AR09.41-D-8681-01D

			*BA09.41-N-1003-01B
2	Remove cylinder head cover		AR01.20-W-5014A
3	Take off trim panel (14.1 or 14.2) at charge air manifold (1.1 or 1.2)
4	Release engine wiring harness (15.1 or 15.2) at temperature and boost pressure sensor and detach
5	Unscrew bolts (12) at shield (16)		*BA09.41-N-1009-01B
6	Unscrew bolts (2) and take off charge air manifold (1)		*BA09.41-N-1001-01B
7	Take off gaskets (13)	 Clean sealing surfaces.  Installation: Replace gaskets (13), pay attention to installation position.
8.1	Remove boost pressure sensor (B 13)	On engine 904.904/908 up to engine end no. 040487	AR09.41-D-2001D
9.1	Remove charge air temperature sensor (B9)	On engine 904.904/908 up to engine end no. 040487	AR09.41-D-2002D
10.1	Remove boost pressure/charge air temperature sensor (17)	On engine 904.904/908 as of engine end no. 040488 and 904.914/923/936	AR09.41-W-2003A
11	Install in the reverse order
