1 | Disconnect the negative cable from battery or shut down master switch. | Release the screw on the negative cable to side rail, avoid the release on the terminals battery. | |
2 | Tilting the engine hood and lock it with security rod. | ||
3 | Release the cable tie and remove the red adaptable hose (2.2), of after cooling input. | Install: Check red hose (2.2) and cable ties status, if necessary, replace them. | |

4 | Remove the screw (7) which secures two pipes. | | |
5 | Remove the screw (3) which secures pipe on the support. | ||
6 | Remove two clamp with channels (4) and (4.1). | Install: Check clamp with channels (4) and (4.1) status, if necessary, replace them. | |
7 | Remove the intermediate metal pipe (2.1). | Use an appropriated plastic plug to avoid impurities entry. | |
8 | Remove the metal pipe (2) undocking it from turbocharger nozzle (5). | Close turbocharger nozzle (5) with an appropriated plastic plug. | |
9 | Remove the sealing ring (6). | Install: Assembly a new lubricated sealing ring (6) with neutral vaseline. | |
10 | Install in the reverse order | Install: let pipes and hoses absolutely clean to install the components | |
After cooling must be clean and perfect condition. | |||
11 | Work engine and check it regarding system leak tightness. |
