101 Exhaust gas recirculation valve

 	Removing, installing
1	Detach vacuum line (1) at the EGR valve (101)
2	Detach charge air hose (2) at mixing chamber (3)	 Inspect condition of hoses and hose clamps, replace if necessary. Thoroughly clean connection points of hose clamps otherwise the charge air hoses may jump off during operation.

3	Unscrew torx bolts (4) at exhaust gas recirculation pipe (5)		*BA09.20-P-1004-01F
4	Detach mixing chamber (3) at intake module (9)	Installation: Clean sealing surfaces at mixing chamber and at intake module (9) and replace gaskets (6, 7)

5	Install in the reverse order
