1 | Slacken intake hose (9) at intake connection and detach | ||
2 | Detach breather hose (8) between intake manifold and cylinder head cover | ||
3 | Unbolt bracket (arrows) for injection pipes at intake manifold | | |
4 | Release hose clip (10) from coolant hose at intake manifold | ||
5 | Release accelerator control cable | ||
6 | Take off rear lifting eye (4) at intake manifold | | |
7 | Unbolt intake manifold (1) | | |
8 | Take off gasket (2) | Installing: replace gasket | |
9 | Seal holes in cylinder head with cleaning rags and clean sealing surfaces | ||
10 | Install in the reverse order |
