Remove/install air filter housing

1 Corrugated hose

2 Bolts

3 Nuts

4 Air filter housing

5 Electrical connector

B7 Air filter monitoring sensor/switch

Remove/install

Detach corrugated hose (1) from air intake pipe on air filter housing (4)

Disconnect electrical connector (5) on air filter monitoring sensor/switch (B7)

Remove bolts (2) and nuts (3) to the mounting clamps

Carefully open mounting clamps.

Remove air filter housing (4).

In the case of bodies with cramped space available, the upper intake manifold must taken off. Turn air filter housing (4) through 90°. The lower suction opening must point to the rear. Remove air filter housing (4) upwards.

Install in the reverse order
