Removing, installing

Detach coolant expansion reservoir and place to the side with coolant lines connected

Separate plug connection of intake air temperature sensor (2)

Swivel locking lever (5) at intake module first of all to the side, and then down (arrows))

Slacken hose clamp (3) at turbocharger

Installation: Inspect hose clamp, replace if necessary.
Bolt head of hose clamp must be pointing up to the front

Detach air intake pipe (1) at turbocharger and at vent hose (4) and lift up and out

Installation: Grease vent hose (4) at connection fitting to facilitate installation and push onto intake module (arrow) only after fitting on the air intake pipe

Install in the reverse order
