Y90 Electronic accelerator adjusting motor

 	Remove/install
1	Remove charge air pipes (1, 6) together with the electronic accelerator adjusting motor (Y90)	From charge air cooler to charge air manifold.	AR09.41-W-1311H
2	Identify installation position of charge air pipe (1, 6), flange (3) and electronic accelerator adjusting motor (Y90)	 Installation: Note marking.
3	Remove charge air pipe (1) and flange (3) from electronic accelerator adjusting motor (Y90)	 Installation: Replace gasket (2) and O-ring (4).

4	Remove charge air pipe (6) from electronic accelerator adjusting motor (Y90)	 Installation: Replace gasket (5).
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Read out the fault memory, and clear any stored faults	 Only when replacing electronic accelerator adjusting motor (Y90).
