Remove top section of charge air manifold

Separate plug connection of pressure regulating valve (1)

Remove pressure regulator valve (Y74)

Sealing rings (2 and 4) and support ring (3) must be replaced.

Install

Clean sealing surfaces

Lightly grease sealing rings (2 and 4) with special grease before installing pressure regulator valve

If the seals are damaged when being installed, this may result in internal leaks which are not recognizable from the outside.

Insert pressure regulator valve (Y74)

Tighten bolts at pressure regulator valve fully in stages.

Fit together plug connection of pressure regulator valve (1)

Install top part of charge air manifold
