Replace

Carefully remove dirt and paint residues at sealing surface (arrow) of single injection pump.

Remove black O-ring (1) and brown O-ring (2) and clean radial grooves.

 Slide sleeve (3) over single injection pump.

Coat new black O-ring (1) and new brown O-ring (2) with high-temperature grease .

First roll black O-ring (1) over  sleeve (3) into upper radial groove.

Then retract  sleeve (3) and roll brown O-ring (2) into lower radial groove.

 Remove sleeve (3) from single injection pump.

Check installation position of black O-ring (1) and brown O-ring (2) in radial grooves.

 Black O-ring (1) and brown O-ring (2) may not be installed twisted into radial groove.
