Remove engine cover.



2.1

With 4-cylinder engines
Remove injection line with box wrench and box wrench bit from 2nd cylinder.


Do not bend the injection line.



2.2

With 6-cylinder engines
Remove injection line with box wrench and box wrench bit from 4th cylinder.


Do not bend the injection line.

Remove banjo bolt (1.1) and remove sealing rings (1.2).

Attach fuel return line (2) to cylinder head with adapter (3.1) and sealing rings (3.2, 3.3)   .

Install sealing ring (3.2) with the designation "U-Seal" or "Usit" between fuel return line (2) and the cylinder head.

Install injection line with box wrench and box wrench bit   .

Do not bend the injection line.

Place clean rags under adapter (3.1) and collect any escaping fuel.
