2 | Remove the top left side acoustic encapsulation on the frame | ||
Danger | Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contactwith fuel. | No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only. | |
3 | Remove the recharge air manifold |

4 | Identify the injection pipe (1) to the corresponding cylinder | ||
5 | Remove the injection piping (1) | Close the holes in the pressure tubes mouth and pressure pump. | |

The injection pipe (1) must not be deformed; | |||

Otherwise, the lining might loose at the injection pipe (1) and cause damages to the engine. | |||

6 | Tighten the pressure tube mouth pressure bolt (2) to the head | Injector pressure pipe, inside the cylinder head | |
7 | Install the new injection tubes (1) | ||
Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths | |||
Whenever the injection line (1) is removed, it should necessarily be replaced. | |||
Do not bend the injection tubes (1), observe their installation position. | |||

8 | Install the recharge air manifold |

9 | Actuate the engine start-up and bleed the fuel system | Run engine for about 1/min. The fuel system bleeds automatically. | |
If the engine does not work or run for a short period only: | |||

10 | Check the tightness of the new injection tubes (1) | In case of leakage; | |

replace the injection pipe (1). | |||
11 | Stop the engine | ||

12 | Install the left upper acoustic encapsulation in the frame | ||
