| Notes on avoiding damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge | ||
1 | Remove battery | ||
2 | Unscrew nuts (1) and remove cover (2) | ||
3 | Unscrew bolt (3). | ||
4 | Unscrew nuts (5) and remove clip (4) | ||
5 | Press fish-plate (12), fold up bracket (6) and unplug plug (7) | ||
6 | Press fish-plate (8), fold up bracket (9) and unplug plug (10) | ||
7 | Take out motor electronics control unit (N3/10) with carrier plate (11) | ||
8.1 | Remove bolts (13) and remove motor electronics control unit (N3/10) from carrier plate (11) | Only when replacing the motor electronics control unit (N3/10). | |
9 | Install in reverse order | ||
10 | Read out fault memory and program motor electronics control unit (N3/10) | Only program motor electronics control unit (N3/10) when replacing it. | |
