1 | Open connector on connecting cable (1) | Protect connector on needle movement sensor from damage and soiling otherwise malfunctions or failure of the engine can occur. | |
To do press metal clamp in direction of arrow (arrow A) and detach connector in direction of arrow (arrow B). | |||
2 | Clean area around injection nozzle (2) | ||
3 | Remove injection line on injection nozzle (2) | Do not bend injection lines otherwise the injection nozzles can be damaged by broken off hardness layers. This can result in engine damage. | |
4 | Remove pressure screw for injection nozzle (2) using a puller | Do not twist or damage connecting cable (1) malfunctions or failure of the engine can occur. | |
Do this by passing connector on connecting cable (1) through puller and laying connecting cable (1) and connector in cavity (arrow C). | |||

5 | Remove needle movement sensor with injection nozzle (2) | The needle movement sensor is integrated in the injection nozzle (2). | |
6 | Remove sealing ring from cylinder head | Installation: Replace sealing ring. | |
7 | Install in the reverse order |
