Danger!

Risk of explosion if ignition takes place, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.

Fire, sparks, open flames or smoking forbidden.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Unplug connector (3) at fuel pressure sensor (1)

Unbolt fuel pressure sensor (1) from housing (4) and take off together with seal (2)

When the fuel pressure sensor (1) is slackened, the housing (4) detaches, for this reason, after installing, tighten bolt (5).

Installation: Install new sealing ring (2).

Install in the reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving off by itself.
Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.

Check tightness of fuel system

Run engine, switch off and inspect for leaks.
