Remove nozzle holder combination (1)

Mark the nozzle holder (1) in the top half of nozzle holder combination to the removed cylinder.

Fill ultrasound cleaning equipment (2) with cleaning fluid and heat up to
60°C

Pay attention to operating instructions of equipment manufacturer.

Thin the cleaning fluid in the ratio of 1:2 with water
(0.5 l cleaner + 1.0 l water). Fill basin up to the marking (quantity about 1.5 liters).

Insert perforated cover (3) into the ultrasound cleaning equipment (2), place nozzle holder combinations (1) vertically into the perforated cover (3) and switch on ultrasound cleaning equipment

Pay attention to safety precautions of equipment manufacturer.

The nozzle holder combinations (1) must be installed again in the same engine immediately after cleaning (not longer than 3 to 4 hours later). Failure to observe this instruction will render the nozzle holder combinations (1) unserviceable because of corrosion (nozzle needle jams). This can result in engine damage when the engine is started.

Pay attention to markings on nozzle holder.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.
