Remove

1

Remove cylinder head cover.

Remove constant throttle line (10).

Remove injection line.

Remove pressure screw (9) and remove the connection fitting (8).

Remove screw (12) and remove clamping bracket (11).

Remove the nozzle holder combination (4) with impact extractor (1) and threaded insert (2).

Remove sealing ring (6) on nozzle holder combination (4) or remove from cylinder head.

For engine with sealing ring (6)

Detach sealing sleeve (5) on nozzle holder combination (4), remove with an extraction tool and impact extractor (1) from cylinder head if necessary.

For engine with sealing sleeve (5)

Clean contact surface for sealing sleeve (5) or sealing ring (6) as well as the nozzle holder combination (4) using a brass brush.

If the combustion residues are excessive,



Replace nozzle holder combination (4).



Install

Lightly grease new O-ring (3) and insert it onto the nozzle holder assembly (4).

Place new sealing ring (6) on nozzle holder combination (4).

For engine with sealing ring (6)

 The small ring surface on sealing ring (6) must point towards the nozzle holder combination (4).

10.2

Press new sealing sleeve (5) onto nozzle holder assembly (4) using assembly tool (14.1, 14.2).

For engine with sealing sleeve (5)

 If there is a new nozzle holder combination (4), the sealing sleeve (5) is already installed.

Insert nozzle holder combination (4) in the cylinder head and turn with the clamp (11) in the cylinder head.

 The spherical guide on the clamp (11) must coincide with the recess in the constant throttle cap (13).

Screw screw/bolt (12) into clamp (11).

 Do not tighten the screw/bolt (12) yet.

Grease new O-ring (7) slightly and insert on connection fitting (8).

Insert connection fitting (8) in cylinder head and press in until this engages in fuel bore of nozzle holder assembly (4).

Tighten clamping bracket (11) with screw (12).

Tighten pressure screw (9).

 Thrust bolt, pressure pipe connection to cylinder head

Install injection line.

Install constant throttle line (10).

 Install new sealing rings.

Install cylinder head cover.
