 	Removing and installing
1	Remove cylinder head (1)	Engine 111 in model 638.	AR01.30-S-5800A
		Engine 111 in model 901, 902, 903, 904.	AR01.30-D-5800C
2	Remove all the valve tappets (3)	Engine 111 in model 638.	AR05.00-S-2310A
		Engine 111 in model 901, 902, 903, 904.	AR05.00-D-2310C
3	Install the cylinder head (1) in the assembly board (10)	  Fit the element with the arrow facing forwards and with the relative side inside the assembly board (10). Secure the cylinder head (1) with its front facing the arrow, in the assembly board (10) using a cylindrical head screw (2) both in front and behind. The cylinder head (1) can be installed with attached elements (eg. Exhaust manifold, intake line).	*111589025900
4	Remove the valve springs (6) and replace the valve stem retainers (7).	 Do not replace the valve stem retainers (7) until after installing the valves (9)	AR05.30-S-3510-02A

5	Take the cylinder head (1) out of the assembly board (10) and withdraw the valves downwards.	 Check if there is any roughness or rough edges on the surface of the valve stems (visual control or with fingernail). Replace valves (9) which have rough surfaces or rough edges.
6	Installation in reverse order.
