Install the chain tensioner always full
1 Submerge the chain tensioner in engine oil SAE 10, with the bolt (7) downwards and up to the height of the box hexagonal collar (6).
2 With the aid of a press or drill push the bolt slowing 7 - 10 times as far as possible
Once full of oil, the tensioner must be left to press alone slowly and evenly applying strong pressure
