1 Unscrew end piece (1) at chain tensioner housing (5) and take off together with seal (2).
2 Take out filler pin (3) and compression spring (4).

3 Press thrust pin (6) out of chain tensioner housing (5) in direction of arrow.
D05.10-1020-01
4 Press thrust pin (6) sufficiently far into the chain tensioner housing (5) until it is flush with the chain tensioner housing (5) (arrow).
D05.10-1021-01
5 Bolt chain tensioner housing (5) and new seal (7) tight.
Pay attention to tightening torque .
6 Push in compression spring (4) and filler pin (3).
D05.10-1022-01
7 Tighten screw plug (1) and new seal (2) tight.
Pay attention to tightening torque .
