Remove the clutch.

Remove/install clutch

Install the device (4) in the flywheel housing to turn the engine.

Attach/detach cranking/blocking device for engine

 Lock the device with the lock pin.

Remove the fixing bolts (1) from the flywheel (3).

 Slightly grease the flywheel bolts with engine oil.

 Installation: Check the length (L) of the flywheel fastening bolts.

Install the centering mandrels (5) in two opposite threaded holes.

Install the internal puller (6) in the bearing (2).

Install the counter-support (7) in the external puller (6) and remove the bearing (2).

 In order to avoid damage to the flywheel, place shims under the counter-support base.

 Installation: Apply chemical lock in the bearing housing (2) in the flywheel (3). With the help of the mandrel (8), install the new bearing (2) so that i is aligned with the flywheel fixing bolts support surface.
