1	Remove pistons		AR03.10-T-7021B
	Inspect
2	Check the connecting rod bearing seat in the connecting rod (1) for coloring, diagonal score marks and notches	 Connecting rod with blue coloring (due to damage to the bearing) with diagonal score marks and notches must not be used any more; it must be replaced.
3	Check the connecting rod (1) for any distortion	Align connecting rod	AR03.10-T-6111-04B

4	Check the connecting rod (1) for any deviation from dimensions.	Distance (dimension A) from middle of connecting rod bearing bore to middle of connecting rod bush bore	*BE03.10-N-1005-01I
		If the measurements are not to specification, install a new connecting rod. connecting rod must not be straightened.
5	Check inside diameter of connecting rod bush (5)	 If the specified dimension is exceeded, replace the connecting rod.	*BE03.10-N-1006-01I

6	Install connecting rod bearings (3) and gage	 Pay attention to installation position of connecting rod bearing shell halves.  Never bolt connecting rod bearing caps (2) tight at the connecting rod (1) unless the connecting rod bearing shells (3) are inserted, only fit on.	AR03.10-T-6111-06B
