	Inspect
1	Remove the cylinder head	Engine 924.9, 926.9	AR01.30-B-5800TJ
		Engine 904.96/97	AR01.30-B-5800TA
2	Clear the seating face of the engine block gasket

3	Turn the crankshaft until the cylinder piston to be checked is at the lower dead center (UT)

		 After turning the crankshaft until the piston of the cylinder to be checked is at bottom dead center (UT), carry out a visual evaluation of the cylinder liner honed area.
		If the honing image cannot be clearly assessed:
		
		Measure the cylinder bore.

4	Visually check the piston face and the combustion chamber for damages	.	AR03.10-B-7021TA

		In the case damage is detected on the piston head:
		
		Install new piston.
