1 Lubricate bolt head and threads of cylinder head bolts.
2 Tighten cylinder head bolts according to the tightening pattern for the respective engine, one after the other.
The specified socket is only needed for engine 122.9.
For engine 122.9 the cylinder head bolt must be completely loosened after Tightening stage 1 and then fully tightened again to Tightening stage 2.
