Remove cover of right injectors

Danger!

Risk of explosion if ignition takes place, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.

No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Remove right injectors (Y76)

 Installation: Replace the injector seal and screws of the clamping claws. Clean the injectors and the injector recesses on the cylinder head. Pay attention to maximum cleanliness while cleaning!

Detach bracket of glow output stage

 The glow output stage is attached above the generator at the engine block.

Remove vacuum pump (1)

Unscrew mounting screws at front cover (3) and detach cover toward front

 Pay attention to dowel pins (4).

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces at cover and cylinder head. Coat sealing surface of front cover with sealing compound:



Install in the reverse order

 Danger!
