Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Pull plastic clip (2) out of lifting platform supports (1)

 The lifting platform safety devices (5) must always be mounted in pairs (i.e. at two positions) into the longitudinal members on the vehicle. The vehicle lift safety devices (5) can be mounted together at the front or at the rear, they may not be mounted on one side of the vehicle or diagonally on it.

Pry lifting platform supports (1) out of longitudinal members


Do not use sharp-edged tools.
Otherwise this can result in damage to the longitudinal member.

Insert vehicle lift safety devices (5) into longitudinal members

Swivel lever (6) of lifting platform safety devices (5) to the right until the lever (6) is secured

 The vehicle lift safety devices (5) are thereby engaged on the longitudinal members.

Turn support plate (4) of lifting platform support arms (3) far enough until they make contact with the lifting platform safety devices (5) or lifting platform supports (1) of the longitudinal members

Raise vehicle with vehicle lift

Secure lifting platform safety devices (5) using tensioning straps to lifting platform support arms (3)

Dismantle in reverse order
