Remove/Install

Remove air inlet

Remove water collector

Lift combination filter (1) at front (arrows) and remove from filter box.

 The combination filter must not be cleaned; a new filter must be installed.

Since the activated charcoal layer of the filter binds moisture, a combination filter must not be installed in vehicles with an automatic heater (HAU). (Fogging)

 Installation: The arrow printed on the side of the combination filter must point downward when inserting into the filter box.
