Raise and secure dumper flatbed

Drain condensation separator (1)

Remove condensation separator (1)

Detach the hoses from the inlet side (2) and outlet side (3). Detach the condensation separator (1) from the bracket.

Unscrew separator (4)

Check filter element (5) for dirt

If cooling system is very dirty:

Replace filter element (5).

Replace

Unscrew nut (6) and remove filter element (5)

Insert new filter element (5) and tighten nut (6) slightly

Screw separator (4) tightly onto condensation separator (1) by hand

Do not use any tools for tightening.

Check condensation separator (1) for leaks

Plug the outlet side (3) using your finger and blow into the inlet side (2) with your mouth.

No air should escape.

Lower and secure dumper platform
