1 | Raise and secure dumper flatbed | See the Operator's Manual . | |
2 | Detach pipe (1) from inlet cap (2) | ||
3 | Separate connector (3) | ||
4 | Remove filter casing (4) | Loosen the clamping belt and remove the stainless steel wire from the clamping hook. | |
5 | Pull filter casing (4) downward off filter module (5) | ||
6 | Loosen clamp (6) | ||
7 | Mark direction of gas flow on filter module (5) | This is because the filter module (5) has to be installed in the opposite direction after cleaning. | |
8 | Secure inlet cap (2) and filter module (5) using lifting truck | ||
9 | Loosen both V-clamps (7) and tensioning straps (8) | Treat the bolts with antiseize. | |
Installation: Coat the thread with copper paste. | |||
10 | Remove filter module (5) | Installation: Pay attention to the marking on the filter module (5) (install the new filter module (5) opposite the direction of flow). Replace the seal between the inlet cap (2) and filter module (5). | |
11 | Install in the reverse order |
