3 Flange joint

	Remove
1	Remove underbody paneling
	Remove/install underbody paneling		AR61.30-P-1001RR
	Inspect
2	Stretch the bellows (1) by turning the steering onto left and right lock whilst checking for damage (cracks, chafing marks, indentations)	 Never check the bellows by pressing in or around the beads, as this leaves behind damage on the plastic and leads to leaks in the long term. If necessary: -subject to separate repair order 
		Replace boot
		Remove and install CV boot	AR46.40-P-9998RR
3	Check tie rod joints for play	 Left and right side Check tie rod joints by pulling and pushing forcefully. If necessary: -subject to separate repair order 
		Replace flange joint (3)
		Remove/install flange joint	AR46.40-P-0205RR
4	Check boot (2) on flange joint (3) for leaks and condition	 Left and right side If boot (2) is leaking: -subject to separate repair order 
		Replace flange joint (3)
		Remove/install flange joint	AR46.40-P-0205RR
	Install
5	Install underbody paneling
	Remove/install underbody paneling		AR61.30-P-1001RR
