Run the engine until the pneumatic system is pressurized with the specified working pressure

Shim the vehicle's wheels and release the parking brake

Release the relief bolt (2), turning it totally counter-clockwise from the normal working position (A) to the released brake (B) position

 The relief bolt must easily turn. Do not use power screwdriver for this operation.

After checking the combined brake cylinder mechanical release, turn the relief bolt (2) totally clockwise to tighten it again with the specified moment of tightening

 Pressurizing the cylinder through the connection (12), the relief bolt can be manually threaded.

 Do not place the vehicle in normal operation with the parking brake mechanically released.
