 Caution

Risk of injury to skin and eyes due to handling of transmission oil. Health risk caused by swallowing transmission oil

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.
Do not pour transmission oil into beverage bottles.

Park the vehicle, apply the parking brake and shim the wheels

Clean the housing around the drain plug (2) and the filler plug (1)

Remove the filler plug (1)

Remove drain plug (2) and drain the oil


Drain the oil while it is hot.
This will make draining easier.

 Drain the oil in an appropriated recipient and dispose of it in Eco-friendly manner.

Remove the oil pan (3)



Whenever possible, when changing the oil, remove the oil pan (3) and replace the oil sieve with a new one.
For if it is saturated with metal particles or residues of used oil, there will be contamination of the new gearbox oil (4), which can cause wear on the internal components.

Refill

Install the oil pan (3)



Install the drain plug (2) on the oil pan (3)

 Clean the draining plug (2).

Fill the gearbox (4) to the recommended level


Do not fill above the recommended level.
This will cause the oil to be forced out through the gearbox gaskets and seals (4).

 Always use the specified oil and exchange it within the recommended period.

Do not mix oil of different types:



For they may lose their properties and their effectiveness.

Install the filler plug (1)

 Check oil level for correctness.

Start the engine, let it run for approximately 2 minutes and then shut it down

Remove the filler cap (1) once again and check the oil level

In case the oil level is below the specified level:



Fill up the gearbox oil level (4).

Install the filler plug (1)

Check gearbox (4) for leakages
