Slacken poly V-blet

1 Unscrew nut (1).

2 Swivel spring clamp lever (2) using a suitable tool (e.g. assembly lever 12 mm) to the left and remove the bolt (3) from the spring clamp lever.

3 Slacken spring (4) and push back tensioner pulley.

Tension poly V-belt

1 Swivel spring clamp lever (2) using assembly lever to the left and fasten in place with bolt (3) .

2 Check poly-V belt is correctly seated on belt pulleys.
