Slacken poly V-belt

1 Swivel clamping arm (2) and tensioner pulley (3) at stud bolt (4, external torx E10) up to end stop in direction of arrow.

Do nor swivel tensioning arm (2) on tensioning rolls fastening nut.

Tension poly V-belt

1 Swivel clamping arm (2) and tensioner pulley (3) on stud bolt (4, external torx E10) up to the end stop in the direction of the arrow and place poly-V belt onto belt pulley of coolant pump.

2 Swivel clamping arm and tensioner pulley back.

3 Check seat of poly-V belt on belt pulleys and location of position mark (B) for clamping arm relative to working area (A) on the housing.

The position mark (B) must be located within the working area (A). If this is not the case, check the length of the poly-V belt and the clamping device.
