Swivel charge air cooler into its servicing position

1 Open maintenance flap upstream of the charge air cooler (1).

2 Remove bracket (3).

Mark the installation position of bracket (3) before removing.

3 Unscrew bolts (4)

4 Loosen clamps (2) until the charge air cooler (1) can be swung out with little effort.

5 Swing out charge air cooler (1) (arrow).
