1 Open clips (arrows).
2 Take off cap (1) of air cleaner housing.
Installation: Ensure the filter element is correctly located in the cap otherwise soiled air may be drawn in. Pay attention to marking "OBEN" or "TOP" of cap otherwise proper drainage of water is not assured.
3 Inspect dust extraction valve (2) for soiling, clean if necessary.

4 Remove air cleaner element (3)
Installation: Ensure filter element is correctly positioned. Confirm replacement or cleaning each time by entering the date on the filter element.
5 Clean inside of air cleaner housing.
6 Install in reverse sequence.

7 After replacing or cleaning the air cleaner element, reset maintenance indicator (4) by pressing button (5).
