Flame cuts out at partial load

Heater unit function

Ignition: ON

Allow heater unit to cool down if necessary and switch on again.

If fault code re-appears (incomplete fuel combustion):

Check CO2 value at 24V (9.5-12 vol.-%) if necessary.

Exhaust value cannot be set.

Inspect intake pipe (narrowed, closed)

Inspect exhaust pipe (sooted, blocked).

Inspect vaporizing burner (replace if coking on whole surface).

Power of combustion air blower may no longer be sufficient (motor bearing runs loud).

If no fault code appears:

Inspect whether fuel supply is free of bubbles (check leak-tightness of fuel lines, check whether fuel filter is dirty).
