Ignition: ON

Open electrical compartment and install test module.

Engine: Start

Briefly run engine at full gas.

22.5-29.5 V

Value > 30 V:

Replace voltage regulator (generator) on trial.

Value in order:

Erase fault code.

If fault code re-occurs replace control unit (Z13) on trial (internal voltage regulator defective).
