1. Circulating pump (A6m1) and combustion air blower (A6m2) of the stationary heater start up.
- Operating noise
- Detectable air flow at exhaust gas outlet
- Glow pin is put into operation
2. Fuel delivery starts after approx. 35 seconds and combustion air blower (A6m2) is switched off for 3 seconds.
- Stationary heater fuel metering pump (Y23) delivers
- Cycling noise
3. Combustion starts, the combustion air blower (A6m2) is switched on again and its speed increases within 120 seconds, fuel delivery is increased.
- Audible increase in combustion air blower speed and cycling noise of stationary heater fuel metering pump (Y23)
- Air flow at exhaust gas outlet heats up noticeably
4. Combustion stabilizes.
- Glow pin is switched off
- The combustion air blower (A6m2) and stationary heater fuel metering pump (Y23) deliver audibly at their maximum speed
- Coolant temperature increases
5. The vehicle heater blower starts up at a coolant temperature > 30°C.
- Detectable air flow in interior
6. Stationary heater remains in automatically controlled heating mode.
- Coolant temperature increases, air flow heated up noticeably in interior
