TCC load resistance/storage charge valve operational check using actual values

If an accumulator charging valve is not installed and fault code 100 or 104 is not stored, the actual value does not need to be observed.

If an accumulator charging valve is installed and there are complaints of a delayed retarder response:

1. If OFF is displayed in brake stage 1 (actual value 07 is in order), replace TCC control module on an experimental basis.

2. Fault code 100 or 104 is not stored and actual value 13 is in order:

– Check compressed-air supply from accumulator charging valve.

– Oil accumulator piston is seized.

– Oil accumulator leaking.
