7 | | - Ensure the plug is fitted tightly at the cylinder shutoff valves. - In the event of a short-circuit to +12 V, cylinder shutoff remains locked until the fault memory is cleared. - In the event of a short-circuit to ground, the engine diagnosis malfunction indicator lamp is actuated immediately due to the simultaneous active fault detection of a "TWC-damaging" misfire. - Actuation is checked for a line interruption and short-circuit (to ground or battery voltage). A short circuit to ground and a line interruption will be detected when the output stages are locked, while a short circuit to the battery voltage is detected when the output stages are conducting. - The output stage is immediately no longer activated when a fault arises. |
