Notes in the event of faults
Display remains dark:
- Voltage supply of diagnostic socket
Assignment of diagnostic socket
Pin 1 = terminal 31
Pin 2 = terminal 15
Pin 3 = terminal 30
- HHT or multiplexer (check on another vehicle whether the HHT or multiplexer is in order)
"Switch on ignition" is displayed when the ignition is switched on:
- Voltage supply of control module
Check cables, fuse and connector for open-circuit or loose contact
- Fuse (electrical center in steering column)
- Incorrect or defective control module
- Diagnosis cable from control module to diagnostic socket open-circuited
